Even if you think you may not be a "rum person" JimmyRum are quietly confident one of their signature cocktails will change your mind!
Stop 4: Bass and Flinders
Bass and Flinders is first distillery on the Mornington Peninsula taking inspiration from their the vineyards they were surrounded by meant staying true to the region through the use of local produce wherever possible was a simple choice.Using handcrafted grape-based eau de vie spirit at the distillery from Shiraz or Chardonnay grapes, gives their product range a truly unique flavour profile. This dedicated approach to distilling is rarely seen in the industry and offers you a first-hand experience from vine to bottle.
